BUILDING RENOVATION
ING Bank, a global financial institution, active in more than 65 countries, with almost 100,000 employees, contracted ANG to provide all engineering services for the first bank of its kind in Philadelphia.  The job entailed a total renovation of a 6,000 SF of a former furniture store to a modern electronic data retail banking office with a first floor café, second floor office, and basement data communications area.

WAREHOUSE
A 60,000 SF pre-engineered building was constructed in the Philadelphia Empowerment Zone for food product distribution.  The ground was environmentally abated from a Brownfield site.  The facility includes a built-in 5,000 SF 20° freezer, 3,000 SF in refrigerators, and a 4,000 SF office with lunchroom and toilets.

OFFICE BUILDING
Ang Associates was responsible for the civil and structural aspects of the engineering design for a 4-story 180,000 SF office building, including an underground parking garage.  The facility also has two enclosed pedestrian bridges over  a street, linking the new building with the existing parking facility and old office building.
