PHILADELPHIA HOUSING AUTHORITY
This project involved a turn-key design and construction for 200, two and three-story residential houses.  The site was prepared by the Philadelphia Housing Authority through the demolition of five existing low-income housing towers by implosion.  This project reflects the new public housing approach of creating single family dwelling units.

Under a 3-year general services contract provides PHA with a fully responsive team of architects and engineering/environmental companies that “as needed” provides services required by PHA for various projects.

LOW INCOME HOUSING
This project involved the modernization of 4.5 acres with 552 apartment units spread among two, 18-story towers, six, 2-story town houses, and one, 3-story low rise building.  The entire electrical, heating, ventilation, plumbing, and fire protection system were replaced to comply with the latest building codes and regulations as well as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
